Proprietary License

a11y-annotator (the "Software") is proprietary software. It is not open source and is not freely distributable.

Grant of License

Upon purchase of a Pro license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Software for your personal or commercial projects. This license is granted per individual user and is not site-wide or organization-wide unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer copies of the Software to third parties.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this prohibition.
You may not use the Software to provide a service bureau, application hosting, or commercial service where the Software's functionality is the primary value offered to third parties.

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

Open Source Components
