a11y-annotator Pro is a $4.99 one-time purchase. If it's not useful to you, you get your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

Request a refund any time within 14 days of purchase:

• Use the refund link in your Stripe payment receipt email, or
• Email support@ericjoye.com with your payment confirmation (receipt or approximate purchase date) and we'll refund it from the Stripe dashboard directly.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer — that timing is set by Stripe/your bank, not by us.

Requesting a refund does not require explaining why, uninstalling the extension, or sending back anything. It's a $5 tool; we're not going to make you fight for a refund on it.
